Stage I
1. work life balance

How do you bring mindfulness and reflective practice into work
Mindfulness practice
Conflict and stress changing mental states
Management and balance of life as a whole – how and when to use it
This 3 hour session will enable you to leave with clarity and more understanding about the nature of work and your role and attitudes towards work. Looking at the place of work in your life and given tools to enable you to work more effectively and more harmoniously in the work place and leave with a plan and strategy to bring the work life balance that is appropriate for you.
2. looking at triggers, stress management, and body work/sca
This week we look in more detail at our management relationships as employer and or employee as well as in our everyday life that creates conflict and stress. Our focus will be on the experiential working with the Body, location of stress, and identification of source and type of stress.
We’ll be using the wisdom of the body to enable us to work on a deep and transformative level with how the body holds and releases tension.
3. going deeper in meditation – for beginners and experienced meditators
Creating a sense of retreat this week we spend the time focusing on meditation practice. We also spend time discussing questions on mindfulness and practice and how our meditation supports this. While going deep for some this may be just the beginning of their meditation practice and those that have never meditated before welcome
4. problem solving goal setting
Wile in coaching goal setting is a key tool for moving on and forward while problem solving and elimination of blocks and obstacles both real and mind created, mindfulness offers a new and important dimension to the life enhancing way we create the future possibility we are seeking to achieve.
This week we provide practical tools for problem solving and goal setting and bring mindfulness insights from mindfulness into this arena.
5. pain anxiety depression relaxation methods and self management
Conflict and challenge in our everyday life and work can come from a variety of sources and affects all of us in our life and can sometimes even lead to depression.
The understanding of our responses and reactions that arise in every moment upon the conditions and challenges that surround us, enable us to manage and change these patterns of behaviour effectively.
The relaxation methods that we teach in this session are keenly linked to mindfulness bringing a greater sense of well being and contentment.
6. planning for the future
After an intensive and unfolding five week we reflect and summarise the benefits we have learned and the changes we have made.
To ensure the benefits of this courses are continued in our future everyday lives we use this time to develop individual plans for the future based on our insights and practice.
